How to make a Horse Cake

Hope you guys are doing well and enjoying some good weather.



Here the weather is still cold and rainy. I hate winter and the rains, worst combination.

I love summer and the rains. When I lived in Singapore I use to be most happy when it rained, cooled the whole place and that earthy smell.



Anyway, enough of me complaining about the weather. Check out this cake. I do like how it turned out. What do you think?
