How to make Fondant Gift Box Cake 2

I know I promised some of you on email to show you how I make the gift box cake.

I already posted How to make a Fondant Gift Box Cake 1,  where I made the lid with a different color.



Making a Gift Box cake all in one color is a lot more simple, but I see from the emails that some of you are making it a lot more complicated than it really is.

Here is what I do, simple and easy.

I usually start by showing you my crumb coated cake and then the fondant covered cake. By now I think you've seen enough of me covering the cake in fondant. So from now on lets start with fondant covered cakes (else I'm gong to run out of space on my blog, so I'm told)
